Corey Dragon Pinup

With the call of the steam whistle and the screech of the iron wheels against the tracks, Corey awakened to see that her train had finally arrived in the little southwest Equestrian town of Dodge Junction. Stopping in for the annual cherry festival, the young dragon was fondly welcomed by the 10-gallon hat toting community of ponies. After picking up some cherry flavored treats, she bumped into a traveling photographer. The young pony was eager to take a few snaps of the exotic dragon, promising to pay a handsome amount of bits in return. Never one to turn down a photo op, Corey agreed to do a little modeling work for the pony back in her room at the local Inn.

Out of all the things I could have possibly have been working on, from a stack of requests to a new commission to some new Maud Pie pics, for some odd reason, a super old sketch of Corey Powell's fan created dragon OC caught my eye amongst all of the lost artwork swimming around in the deep, dark depths of my projects folder. I had a hankering for some more humanized anatomy and dragons, so I decided that it had to be completed. Besides, the sketch was already refined with a good portion of the lines down. Might as well carry through, right?

This was originally going to be released alongside the Rainbow Falls pic I did a few months ago, but after running into some trouble with Corey's legs, I threw the canvas into the abyss that is my Projects folder. After a little digging around, looking through a bunch of old sketches I never finished, I settled my eyes on this piece. After some mass debating, I saw how to fix my old anatomical error and get this picture back on track. With a few magic wiggles of my NiggerFaggot™ brand bottle of gin, the lines and colors assembled themselves into this slightly lewd dragon OC you see before you.

Now that I've worked off some of the rust on my joints, I think it's time to get crackin' on some more pones. With a Maud Pie pic already started and a new animation underway, you're sure to see some crazy stuff pretty soon here.
